So today was one year since i received my R3 so i thought i would clean it. took the back off re pasted the GPU and the CPU switched my SSD from one bay to another. of course i saw it right to do a fresh install, so i install everything update all my drivers but two things are slightly different then before windows before the login screen takes a decent amount longer to load and the is a PCI device in other devices in my device manager. any idea what these two things could be?

Probably the freefall sensor for the PCI device, can't help you with the longer load times.

Very likely the freefall sensor, I find this in lots of Dell laptops. You'll find it under the advanced tab dropdown for in devmgmt.msc. Here is a screenshot of what my 7970m reports, you can google the HW Id and generally find drivers off it!

As already stated, it's most likely the freefall sensor. You can download these drivers off the Dell site and manually update them through Device Manager on the unrecognized PCI device.
