    Hey guys,

Today i repasted my alienware 17 and so far i can see the CPU runs 14 degrees lower then before (48.7 degrees now).

However the palm rest left of the touchpad feels allot warmer, Did i do something wrong?

    Thanks

the CPU and touchpad are nowhere near each other...maybe the battery.

it could be just your body heat that's transferring to the palm rest and you're just feeling your own body heat....maybe.

other components around the touchpad is the msata slot and would make sense if there was an msata ssd but even then i don't feel much heat.
