Does anybody know if it's possible/safe to create a second seperately bootable partition on a RAID 0 setup without having to do a wipe and reinstall?

if you have the free space you can use a partition manager program to shrink your current partition and create a new one. It's as safe as raid0 can be (NOT SAFE)
