    Hey everyone,

I set my computer to never sleep, and for the screen to turn off after 5 min of no activity. After about 15-20 min or so the computer screen won't come on at all no matter what I do. The only thing that works is unplugging the AC cord then plugging it back in, and the screen turns on.

I'm getting this in the event viewer:

"The embedded controller (EC) did not respond within the specified timeout period. This may indicate that there is an error in the EC hardware or firmware or that the BIOS is accessing the EC incorrectly. You should check with your computer manufacturer for an upgraded BIOS. In some situations, this error may cause the computer to function incorrectly."

I recently updated to BIOS A07, I am thinking this may be the cause. Any ideas?

    Thanks

Thanks, when I try to run the application it says it is not compatible.

Got it working, now I just gotta let it sit for 15-20 min.

My last R3 system did that. If I remember correctly it quit after reinstalling the OS, but it could have been somethin else.
