Yup, everything on Ultra, 4xmmsa or whatevs that is. FPS is at a steady 50-60 (I have vsync on) with the occasional drop down to 30-40 depending on action

i can't stand games going into < 50fps range. for me: 50-60fps is what i would consider reasonable and if that means dumbing down some bf4 settings to a mix of medium, high, and ultra in order to achieve 50-60fps then so be it.

    these are my settings

    Battlefield 4
    Fullscreen Resolution - 1920x1080
    Fullscreen Mode - Fullscreen
    Brightness - 50%
Vertical Sync - Off (using Nvidia's Adaptive V-Sync)
    Field of View - 90
Field of View Scalig in ADS - On
    Motion Blur Amount - 50%
    Weapon DOF - On
Colorblind - Off (On if you're colourblind)
    Hud Size - 50%
    Resolution Scale - 90%

    Texture Quality - Ultra
    Texture Filtering - High
    Lighting Quality - High
    Effects Quality - Medium
    Post Process Quality - Medium
    Mesh Quality - High
    Terrain Quality - Medium
    Terrain Decoration - High
Antialiasing Deferred - Off (i find this really drops the FPS below 50 if on)
Antialiasing Post - Low or Medium
    Ambient Occlusion - HBAO

I get a near perfect 60fps in SP and a solid 60fps in MP though it does have random micro freezes during games where it drops to 45fps for less than a second.

I can't stand vsync myself, you are going to want to tweak both the CPU and GPU to avoid dips as much as possible.

Thanks guys. I tried ultra on the new driver and getting around 30-35 fps... So I did some tweaking to the in game settings and normally average around 70. Was just making sure I was performing some what of normal . lol. I think I'm going to do a reinstall of the os i'm having a hard locking problem when the lappy sits idle for a while. And having to hold the power button to shut it off..nothing I'm any event logs. Or bs logs..

the thing is you can't expect it to perform at the same level as it's namesake desktop equiv.

I just tested my BF4 settings at stock speeds and with the AO set to SSAO it still is hitting the 50-60fps mark.

It should be able to run it on Ultra with smooth gameplay. :)
