Hey guys, while playing X3AP i have noticed kind of choppy performance as the game progressed... so i decided to get to the bottom of it and at some point i downloaded GPU-Z and noticed that while playing my HD 7970m actually downclocks spontaneously. Now to pass on some info... i use my M17x with Enduro (graphics switching) disabled, the temps always stay around 60°C, and it's set on high performance... It occurred to me that if I were to force the clocks by using MSI Afterburner (or some other program) it would solve the problem but i would like to use this only as a last resort. I would appreciate any input anyone might have. Hopefully we'll get to the bottom of this.

No I'm actually using 12.6 ... I'm not very comfortable with using BETA and leaked drivers. I already fixed the issue I've been having however. I found out that it was apparently being caused by Win XP SP3 compatibility mode that I enabled earlier for certain reasons which have been resolved since then and forgot to switch it OFF... I've disabled it and everything seems to be OK, for now.
