I am incredibly frustrated, in every damn sence of the word!

After weeks of finding ways to purchase the Alienware M17x, the time has come when their is a 15% sale on the US site. I cannot buy from the Au site as it will cost me over 800 dollars more. I had planned everything. I just purchased an account from MyUS which gives me a US postal address. Ready to order, I've attempted to place the order with a sales rep, giving them my info. All is wasted, as they do not accept the PayPal account I've used. Time and time again I asked if I could purchase using any PayPal account, I was told I could. It is linked to an Australian, non-international credit card. The deal ends tomorrow, and there is just no way I will be getting this laptop after today.

I really need desperate help here. Tell me what I can do. Please.

I bought mine via paypal. I am in Canada so I guess there is some issue with buying from outside north america? I dunno :(

I am not familiar with the MyUSA service but maybe the shipping address that paypal shows needs to be edited to allow for the new MyUSA address? I have had some sellers require that the shipping address shown by paypal match where I want them to ship to.

It seems today is not the day I will be purchasing my M17x R3. Tomorrow the 15% off sale will be over. I'm going back to the drawing board, and I'm going to try haggle the price down 700 dollars from the Australian site tomorrow.

    Things never go as planned...

I purchased mine using my paypal. I don't see any problem using it unless Dell is restricting acceptance of paypal as a method of payment outside North America. Try to call Dell and paypal and see what they can do to help.

PayPal sales are only for North American customers.
