    Hello guys

First of all, thank you for looking at this, I recently got an alienware m17x laptop, everything were just fine when I was starting use it, but after windows self update and auto back up, the keyboard lights were turned off. I tried refomat the system and installed all the drivers in order, but in Command center, there is no such choice for the keyboard light. So please help me with is problem, and let me know what was wrong and tell me how to fix it. I use windows 7 utimate 64bit.

Thank you very much for reading this

Robin, post your system specs so we have a better idea if this is a legacy system or not. Also, if possible, post a screenshot of the AlienFX Editor or main Command Center window - need to understand a bit more when you mention "but in Command center, there is no such choice for the keyboard light".

Which drivers did you install 'in order'?
