    My m17 order status now says delivery preparation, does anyone know how long this step usually takes?:confused2:

    you should see a Delivery status usually in 24 hours or less after the preperation notice - at least that has always been the case for me

    Yea within 24 hours you should see some status, then you should get your machine a week before the arrival date they give you/

    Actually my estimated delivery date was originally Dec 20 and got delayed until Dec 24, so who knows.

    right it will be different for each, but usually its the way i said. This close to the holidays it will more then likely get delayed.

    I have been on Prep status for 2 days now, I called today to cancel, and they said it had already shipped, but it's not updating on order status with any tracking info.

    I think it's just a bunch of BS so I don't cancel the order, but whatev.

    Their shipping is somewhat goofy. They are generally ahead of schedule on the delivery, but you may not get any information on the arrival date until the day before it shows up. Watch out carefully or you will have what I did, where I didn't know until too late that it would be coming and I couldn't be there, so missed the first drop attempt AND rushed home thinking I could catch it after all but didn't. Naturally, we PAY for this expedited shipping (don't ever believe anything ships for free; it does not), but then it may not really serve a purpose if they miss you on the first attempt. They need to do better on the shipping, for sure.
