    Problem loading Alienware Command Center

    I recently brought a Alienware m17xR3 but I failed to specify the partition now upon reinstalling Windows 7 i am stuck without the Alienware Command Center my question is " Is it in the resouce dvd if so where? if not where can i download it?"
    Please donot inform me about checking dell support for downloads because each time i try it the download manager says no downloads msg. My .net framework is 4.0 version, Windows 7 home premium .

    do you use internet explorer, if not, that could be the problem :)
