didn't understand from your message, did you or did you not install the driver?
do you have a unknown device in device manager ?

P.S this is the driver you need.

If you are seeing an unknown device that windows is not installing a driver for, it could be the free fall sensor. That driver is found on the Dell site under the SATA drives section.

yes i did install it, i downloaded the drive same as you provide, thanks so much.

my problem was after i install the ITE IT8512 CIR Receiver Drive, i checked from control panel> action center> view reliability history> problem reports (i believe everyone has the action centre), it showed the two problems which you can have a look at the 3rd attached, these problems i never seen before, but once i formatted my laptop and install ITE IT8512 CIR Receiver Drive at the first time, the problems showed up in the view reliability history.

Here i want to ask you guys, after you format and install the ITE IT8512 CIR Receiver Drive, did your view reliability history show the two problems as well ?

There wasn't any unknown device found in the device manager.

i never bother to check the reliability center, but if your device manager doesn't report unknown devices you're good ;)
