Does your system boot? Could possibly be a bad hard drive..

It does boot. Everything seems to be normal except if i want to do a system restore or diskcheck it would take ages to finish

If it boots, run a diagnostic utility such as HD Tune and check for errors. If the drive is failing, it should be confirmed.

Back up your data before doing anything else.

It seems I remember reading of this same issue some time ago that was correctable and did not turn out to be a failing HDD. I don't remember exactly what the solution was, but I will try to locate it for you. I can vaguely remember that rebuilding the RAID array cured the issue.

Edit: if you have the ability to reinstall your OS, try this...

    1. Ctrl+I to enter the RAID utility during boot.
    2. Delete (break) the RAID array
    3. Recreate the drive memberships in RAID array
    4. Reboot and see if the error is gone and Windows will load

I have tried that method and it does temporariy fix this issue until the exact same issue struck me again just a few hours ago . Will try again and see if this time is any better

For now, i installed my OS on Raid 1 instead of Raid 0 where the error occured. Probably a faulty hard drive so i'll have to wait for the replacement unit but anyway thanks guys
