    please folks help me with this if you can. I can not change the colors on my new alienware and it really bothers me. :confused:

    Yeah, and I also heard that installing it from the DVD will harm your computer. Don't remember what it harms, but it does, lol.

    Not always but in this case, on the install process of Command center, the AlienFX controller is flashed. Going with an older version than the one previoualy installed might brick it!
    So remember always stick with the same version or newer!
