What are your temps? Idle and under load? Are you replacing pads with pads and paste with paste?

135? That sounds way to high (if Celcius), your card would be fried. Are you talking celcius or fairenheit? When talking temps, please use celcius. Clearify this and that would be a big help.

I would take it apart and reseat the heatsink, it doesn't sound like it's making proper contact, and just use a tiny bit of paste. enough to spread a think layer over it. Also did you take the pads of the memory chips? Those should remain on.

I think i shall put a very very thin paste . Where is the temp electrod for the chip on the card ?

Be careful with this. I redid the thermal paste myself on my R1 and one card had the MEM Io temps go up to 105 degrees celcius. I closed it and opened it right away and noticed that the thermal pads on the second GPU was not sitting properly. I redid the paste and pad and did somewhat a thick paste coating. (Thick compared to my prior test but still quite thin)

The temps have been great since then.

Just make sure to not make the coat too thin or the heat sink will not be "connected" enough to the CPU/GPU/MEM chips which will cause high temps.

I put a thin layer of thermal paste and put the pads by squeezing out the heat sink on the gpu and memory chips and shaderIO memIO but still high

Hmm, sounds like not enough thermal paste on the gpu core to me or bad contact (not cleaned well or the surface is greasy), or the heatsink is not parallel to the core surface.
