Well lately i'm having problems with my laptop that are making me feel
Like i've bought 100$ laptop and not a alienware..

Usuall when i restart my pc everything runs like superslow at the first 10 Mins , at first it was fine since it just stopped after 10 mins and Everything worked flawlessly , But lately even after i use my pc for about an Hour and hear songs the songs just stop ( like right now , im writing this And my song just Stopped for like 3 seconds and continued working).
Also stuff work seriously slow like my explorer (and it has nothing to do with my internet connection which is fine , from some reason google Chrome just stopped working properly)

I used to use chrome as my main web browser but from some reason i can load like 5 pages at explorer at the time 1 page loads at chrome (started about 2 days ago)
Any ideas ? , since it seriously starting to bother me that people with 500$ Laptops are having alot less problems than i have..

I don't have any of your problems and the laptop I'm using right know is worth less than $500. Download CCleaner and Defraggler (both freeware). CCleaner can be used for: deleting temps files, cleaning and fixing the registry, controlling the applications that load at startup, and installing software. Defraggler allows you to defrag your harddrive.

There are a few tweaks to speed up Windows 7. I think a saw a thread about it in the "Windows OS and Software" section of the forum.

You shouldn't be having those kind of hiccups with the 2820 CPU man. There is something extremely CPU-intensive running somewhere. My advice would be to open the Task Manager as soon as you turn on your laptop, and select the Performance tab. You'll see that graph, and will see how much CPU usage there is. If your CPU is indeed being heavily tasked, this graph will show it. You can then switch to the Processes tab to see what it is that's sucking up all the CPU. How many background processes are running when you're having issues?

That's the problem i dont run anything at startup (right now im even using the igpu with high per settings)
I check task manager all the time , it shows about 2-5% cpu usage .
And naton i do control what open at startup using msconfig..
Hmm not many processes , usually its enough that i open like 2 folders ,
vlc media player few web pages and i can get those hiccups while listening to songs , google chrome is seriously getting stuck + making those hiccups alot worse (and thats annoying since thats my favorite web browser..).

    Windows Indexation maybe????

I'm using google chrome and don't have any problem with it. I'm using the portable version in this laptop (it doesn't require installation), and the normal version in my brother's laptop. Did you try to install a different version, or at least reinstall or repair Chrome?

As a first step, I would fully format the drive and reinstall windows. After installing drivers and updates, add applications carefully one at a time.

Run CCleaner and a antivirus program. Worth a shot.

    1. Ran both my antivirus program + ccleaner , still has the same problem
espically with chrome (working alot slower than explorer / making my laptop hiccup and get stuck)
    2. I'm not home right now and i dont have time to fully format my laptop + the discs aren't with me ..
3.Its not this spesific version of google chrome , it was working just fine until 2 days ago , i will try to reinstall it though (still wont explain why my pc get those "hiccups" all the time , since such expensive laptop shouldnt get stuck while playing songs..)

Btw games run perfectly :S + i just saw that when the music get stuck the cpu bounce for a sec to 40% (and still it not like its 90%+ why it gets stuck!>?!?!@) what can cause this problem?

Have you install something on your computer 2 days ago? My be there is a conflict between Chrome and another software. Also did you try this:
Customize and Control Google Chrome --> Tools --> Clear Browsing Data --> Then delete everything from the beginning.
I know that formatting and installing everything from scratch should solve your problem, but I find it to be a bit of time waisting exercise if everything work fine but one software. I personally format if the problem is OS related which I believe is not your case since your laptop is stable.
You can try to restore Windows to a previous state using the System Restore built-in utility.

Hmm only thing i installed was alice madness return but its from a good source (skinrow - torrentleech) , tried clearing browing data , didnt work .
+ The whole pc get stuck now , this is seriously annoying i can click to open some folder and it will just stuck for 1-2 secs and music will do shuttring voice than keep on working.. (when i opened pc this time task manager performance showed 40% of cpu use for few sec's then dropped to 5% and i couldnt see any application that was using that much cpu..)
I dont have any restore point of when i got the laptop :( forgot about adding a restore point :X

Man, even my m11x with a core 2 duo ran like butter compared to what you're looking at. You seem to have some issues with either bad hardware or software running that you don't know about.

Have you run the Dell diagnostics on your hardware? If not, I might do that just to make sure you're working with a good hardware set to begin with. Otherwise, double-check your startup (msconfig, startup folder, etc.) to ensure that nothing is starting up at boot that you don't need. Then, make sure you have a good anti-virus/anti-malware full machine scan.

At that point, you really should have a pretty decently running machine IMO. If not, then perhaps some stress testing might be good to see where we're going bad if this kind of thing happens only after you start running a few things and not just overall after a bootup. Maybe memory or processor testing to see if we have something like CPU throttling due to heat or a bad memory stick.

Hmm yea its pretty annoying , my pc just got stuck only because i clicked the windows button -__- (btw it was all fine when i got it..)
Going to run dell diagnostics right now , i got good anti-virus (mcafee)
And it doesnt show of any problems :/
About those other tests ? (such as memory/processor testing) how do i preform them?

Well, honestly, the first thing I did on my R3 was remove McAfee and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials, but that's just me. I'm sure McAfee is fine, but I find it to be a bit over the top and annoying while MSE is lightweight and does the job.

If you get a chance I might also give malwarebytes anti-malware software a look. There's a free version and it might turn up something that McAfee didn't find.

Otherwise, I was thinking Prime95 for CPU stress testing and memtest86 for memory checking. I'm sure googling will turn up decent results and downloads. Other folks here might have better suggestions.

Probably that i should get a new hdd? and if so my warranty should cover it up and dell should send me new hdd? : /

That could explain a lot of your issues. Ring up Dell and see what they say.

Oh , ran some checks seems that nothing works to solve this problem as you say..
I ran the diagnostics again and this time i recive diff error code - 2000-0146
No idea what this means either , and i just wonder since i have warranty and i got this laptop for only 1 month dell should send me free hdd right ? (since i can self install it i guess there is no need to send the laptop to them).
