Whenever I play ANY game and use Skype at the same time, I get lag spikes in game approximately every 1-2 minutes. I really don't have a choice as all of my friends use Skype as their VoIP of choice. The spikes typically last for about 5 seconds. When I had my Intel 6300 WLAN card I never had this problem. Could it possibly be an interaction between the Killer Network Manager and Skype that's causing the problem? I've consulted the guys at Bigfoot, Comcast, and even the companies that make the various games that I play, and they have all yet to come up with a solution.

That's funny, I had the same problem but with only the intel 6300...

Have you always had this problem? Have you played with drivers recently?
Does the problem occur when plugged directly into router or just on wireless? Never had bigfoot but intel 6300 same thing I thought lol

....What did I learn in my case? 50 FOOT ETHERNET CABLES ARE CHEAP.

I've had this problem ever since I installed this card. Also, Skype is set to one already. I've also tried it set to 4.

Where did you get the drivers?
See if you can find these:
    Atheros_wifi_920458

If you're running Bigfoot drivers, uninstall them and reboot your computer.
Wait for windows to detect your card, it won't install any driver.
Go to device manager > network controller and you should see an icon with an exclamation mark, right click it and select Update Driver, point to the previously downloaded folder and let it install.
Reboot anf use the windows connection manager to connect to wireless networks.

Hope it works for you too.

They work, however I'm still getting lag spikes in TF2 and LoL with Skype. I may just reinstall my 6300... :(
