    Purchasing from the US

So, I'm buying the M17x in a few days, and living in Australia you'd think my best bet would be to buy from the Australian branch. Wrong.

The 15% off sale on the US site isn't offered on the Australian, in addition to this, the US prices are originally a lot cheaper. Even more so, the exchange rate gives a massive advantage, shedding around 200 dollars off the price.

With the same configuration on both sites, the difference is STAGGERING. Over 1300 dollars will be saved buying from the US store. Of course, there is still postage and the like, but I will still be making a hefty saving.

One question though, I have no idea how to get it to Australia, as they don't ship here (We're Dell, lets save money at others' expense). I've looked at Bongo, and Shipito, package redirecting services, but I still don't know. Also, I don't know exactly how big the box is, but using Bongo, the shipping of a 1m*1m*1m box is over 2000 dollars, no, im quite sure that isnt a mistake, 2000 dollars.

    Any ideas?

Hidevolution on eBay ships internationally. They can configure it for you also. I am selling my M17 in my signature if you are interested. It has a 2 year warranty.

You can use Aramex's Shop And Ship service if you would like, im not sure if they offer it in Australia though.

Basically they will give you a US Address that you can ship to which is Aramex's location, from there they will ship it to anywhere you want.

You have to register for the service which is 45USD and that is excluding shipping :X I had to pay around 180-200USD for shipping for 9.1kg

Yes I had to pay around 180USD in taxes also, but still I mean I either buy the laptop for around 2.4kDollars, laptop originaly costing 2.2k with tax, 200 for the courier.

Or I buy one from the United Arab Emirates for 14,000-15,000 AED, which is around 4,000 USD. for a full stock M17x R3 :/
