    Hi All

is it normal that the power supply connection looks a bit loose when connected to the back of the M17xR2 ?

Mine can move about 1\2 inch or more from left to right or top to bottom if I grab the connector from the blue light

is it covered by warranty ?

    Thank you !!

I don't think it should be that loose chiefs. Yes it is covered by warranty.

Mine does fall out quite a lot though lol. Its very annoying.

    Cheers. :)

On my first M17x the plug can indeed move 0.5" or so all around. I spent quite some time fiddling around with it to determine I had a defective plug and had the system shipped back. So yea, the plug can move around.
