I just got m17x R3 and want to image the computer in the exact state I received it before even powering it on ie. prompts for Computer Name and User account etc, etc... How would I go about doing that? Or do i have to image it using Clonezilla before I even boot into Windows the first time. I prefer to use AlienRespawn to make a backup image as Clonezilla is a PITA.

you could image it before booting it....but to be honest the alien respawn disks that you create can put it back in that state anyway so there really is no point. The alienrespawn puts it back in that sysprep'd state you are refering to.
