Am using a m17x R2 with 1 SSD drive (256gb) and a 256 HDD. When reformatting the laptop I accidentally enabled raid in the bios but when I rebooted the computer, I skipped the option to actually raid the 2 drives together.
So what was my laptop running on all this while? Raid or AHCI?
    Thanks

Its probably running in AHCI config. You must define the Raid volumes first before it runs as Raid. If you don't know how to define a Raid volume then you are NOT running in Raid. Logical?

Thanks! I figured as much. Just needed confirmation.
