    I just forgot my BIOS password and could not turn on Hybrid power. Anyway to reset it beside taking out the battery or any way to turn on the hybrid without going onto BIOS?

    Sorry - you will have to contact dell support and ask them for assistance. NBR is unable to permit discussion of bypassing BIOS passwords.
