Hey all. I have Best Buys R1 version of the 17x and only show a 9400 graphics card...installed latest drivers and still thats all I get. Tried using driver from supplied disk to no avail. Properties show 256mb graphics...Windows Experience Index gets a lowly 5.3. Any ideas? TIA

Make sure you boot on AC power (so you dont run out of battery) and go into BIOS and enable HYBRID SLI- if you want both integrated and dedicated.

Yep then once you have enabled Hybrid SLi and integrated GPU. You should be able to switch between the 9400m and GTX 260 GPU within windows. You can do this either by using the green boomerang symbol down in your lower right hand side task bar or through power profiles where you set which GPU to use during different power situations. This will also depend on which driver version you are currently using.

If nothing shows up after you enable Hybrid SLi and Integrated gpus in the bios others have said to reinstall the Nvidia driver again. Are you using GPU-z or something to check your GPUs? Good Luck.
    Cheers.

It usually switches to integrated solo after a battery boot. (and asks to press F1 to continue on batt or F2 to enter bios)
