Hi guys my R2 just arrived, im in the mist of testing it, i done a quick windows
score and got: (is the hard drive score low?)

    processor : 7.4
    mem : 7.5
    graphics : 7.2
    gaming graphics : 7.2

    and primary hard drive 5.9?

is the hard drive ok? (first time on win 7 so its new to get above 5!
also im 'ment' to have 2x 500g 7200 rpm.

    thanks as per guys!

also overcloaking the i7 is that in bios or is there a short cut on desktop somewhere?

5.9 is the highest Win 7 will rank any mechanical hard drive. Overclocking is in the BIOS under Performance.

mm i just went into bio and it said turbo mode on, i put +5% and changed some ddr3 voltage, but in windows system it still says 'Intel (r) core tm i7 cpu x9.20 @ 2.00hz 2.00hz'

whys it not saying 3.2? or does it only go up when gaming? my old r1 would show the current speed after the 2.5 ghz!

also anyone had issues with the track pad light going off randomly? i press it flashes but wont stay till reboot o0

    Adrian890,

That's actually normal behavior when an external mouse is plugged in. If you go into the Synaptic Touchpad options there is one to disable touchpad when external mouse is attached - uncheck it.

*CROSSFIRE indicator, and no, the new CCC does NOT work with the 5870 CF at the moment, hopefully that will be rectified though.
