    My blu ray player is not reading dvd's or blu rays, but it will read CDs.

    How the heck can I fix this? Or will I have to (sigh) send it back...

    you should have the warranty..call dell and get it replaced..Dell will send out a tech to ur place to swap it out

    Is this with all BluRays and all DVDs? Or, just some? Dont jump and say the drive is faulty yet. Be sure to test with various media if possible. Try different movie titles and see if all produce the same result (not being read).
