    I don't think there is any chrome, its a reflection. My R2 does that at some angles.

    No perfect machine exists out there, and R3 won't be perfect either. It's all just hype, these "leaks" and anyone who gets all scorchie over it is just another hype victim. Not interested in R3 at all.

    I absolutely love my M17xR2....everything has it's flaws, but I love pushing the limit so I will always experience flaws first. Otherwise, I would have bought an underperforming Apple computer and only check my emails and make home movies/photos/slides all day long (BORINGGG...)

    I am made up with what I have - its a few months old and was a great deal via Dell Business Sales....thing is, tech always move on quicker than most people can save up for it anyways....I say if your happy with what you have and it does what you want....forget about the "bells & whistles" that is the new R3....the price tag on 'em will be overly inflated regardless as its "new tech".....

    If you REALLY want an R3 that bad, I would wait a few months for the hype to die off a little and THEN buy one....

    All said, but if you have buckets o' cash.....go for it...afterall, it is the LATEST thing , right?...gotta be the best, right?......im not buying that till its proven.....literally.

    Im a patient kinda guy so regardless of what it is, I would always wait and see what others say about it BEFORE jumping in with both feet...who knows, the "R3" water could be alot colder than you might think.....
