So I got my R3 in the other and have been playing around with it ever since. There's one problem though. Sometimes when I move the top part of the computer with the screen on it, the screen cuts in and out and flickers. I usually have to hit the bottom right under the keyboard and it pops back on. Now, I assumed this was a hardware problem and took it apart to reseat the plugs that go into the actual computer. It didn't fix the problem. Could it possibly be a problem behind the screen that I just can't get to? I'm unsure how to get back there to take a look.
I really want to avoid sending it back in, but I feel like it might be my only choice. For the amount of money I paid for this thing, it's absolutely ridiculous that I have to shake my computer to get the screen to come back on.
Has anyone had any similar problems or ever heard of such a thing? Any help or insight would be appreciated. I'm also about to install the newest graphics card driver... might be a long shot that it's software though.

The ribbon cable connecting the LCD to the board is bad, call AW and have them replace it.

There was a file in My documents that was named Banctec Warrenty Information, I read through it an it seems they'll send someone out to fix your hardware...? Anyone have any experience with this? Shipping this thing in and getting it back will take weeks.

Who is Banctec?
As I said, call Alienware, they will send someone out.
