So the inside of my laptop got a bit moist and seemed to damage my GPU, got it replaced but now I'm wondering what fans I can get that are compatible and where to get them from. After my GPU got fried I upgraded to GTX 780M from a 675M. The problem is Alien Autopsy and Geforce experience and Device manager list it as 870M after I had to get the drivers elsewhere since Nvidia and Dell didn't seem to help. Is this something I can ignore or will it cause problems?
