Ok so ive been on shipping for god knows how long (was told delivery date would be 22nd, looked on it today found it on shipping.. no idea how long its been on shipping but ah well). Anyway, currently the tracking link takes me to walsh western, which are awful to the extreme. Im wondering if anyone has had any experience or any advice when dealing with these guys? As it is their tracking page is a blank document with their logo header and nothing else. Looking around ive found that their tracking is awful as it can take up to 6 days after shipping for their tracking system to recognize a package.

Suffice to say im concerned regarding actually being in the house when the laptops delivered yet with a lack of tracking this is impossible.

Seeing if others here have had any experience with these guys.

Do you live in a remote area because I have received several things from alienware all from UPS?

Nope, its going to the UK though, As far as im aware Walshwestern only handle it up to the plane. As i say, their tracking website is blank so ive no idea if its even near the plane to come over here.

Walsh western are ok. They've delivered my M11x and M17x and replacement M17x without any damage or issue.
Don't worry about it if the tracking isnt on there site yet it takes some time to update.

UPS updates after 48 hours, if not calling will get you more updates.
