How accurate are the BIOS and Intel Extreme Utility values for RAM timings? I have G.Skill ram 1333mhz with default timings of 9-9-9-24

I changed my timings in BIOS through custom setting and Intel XTU to reflect 9-8-8-16. Also, how can I check to see if the other timing settings are in effect, such as tRRD, tWR, tRTP, tWTR, tRFC, tFAW, and tRC
    current settings I have:
    G.Skill 1333mhz RAM (4x4GB)
    tCL: 9
    tRCD: 8
    tRP: 8
    tRAS: 16
    tRRD: 4
    tWR: 6
    tRTP: 4
    tWTR: 4
    tRFC: 38
    tFAW: 12
    tRC: 12

CPU-z is all over the place.
    Under Memory Tab
    tCL: 9 clocks
    tRCD 10 clocks
    tRP 10 clocks
    tRAS 20 clocks

    Under SPD tab (685mhz)
    CAS 9.0
    RAS to CAS 9
    RAS to precharge 9
    tRAS 25
    rRC 34

I'm so confused. Bios settings should not be like this. or maybe its not reading correctly.

you can set your ram timings to 9-9-9-24 if you want. Won't really make much of a difference though from what you have now

Then just leave it. The minimal unoticeable performance gain is not worth the hours finding the perfect timings.
