    Can I use 2 Hds 2.5 7200 rpm in RAID 0 ?

    Yes you can , if you have capable machine... = RAID controller onboard.

    I think all M17xR3 have RAID controller.
    Today my Windows Experience is 5.9
    What score I can get with RAID 0?
    I don't have money to buy SSD.

    It will always be 5.9 unless you upgrade to an SSD. It's the highest for a standard HDD.
