    So, I have seen people post about getting 8gb of the Hyper-X for the R3.

    What would one benefit more from: getting additional 8gb of the stock ram to have 12gb, or upgrading to 8gb of Hyper-X?

    What are the cons and pros of each?

    u just upgrade to 8gb of hyper x. its 1600 speed so its slightly faster than the stock 1333. u cant combine the two types of ram tho as it will downclock the hyper x. 8gbs should be more than enough for anything anyways :)
