    Hello Everyone,

I have had my M17x exactly 1 week today (Yaayy!! :D ), but when I truned it on today, I noticed in the lower right portion of the screen I had a single flickering "pixel." It was extremely noticiable and bothersome. I have never actually seen a "stuck" pixel, and this one was flickering, not just stuck 'on' or 'off' (which is what I thought a stuck pixel was). A reboot did not clear it, but a cold boot did? I shut the laptop down and pulled the battery for a few minutes. When I turned it back on, the pixel was no longer flickering, and appears fine? Is this a symptom of a stuck pixel, or just some random occurance? Does anyone know what Alienware's policy on stuck pixels is anyway? Thanks!

    Rich S.

They'll replace your whole LCD monitor, as they did mine today for my stuck pixel. They'll send a tech to your house, but too bad my tech forgot the reseat my bluetooth card.
