Re-pasting my Alienware 17

Hey guys!

Some of you may remember me but I've been afk for the greater part of around 2 years now :c
My R2- the great had the usual problem of plugged in, not charging I assume because of the port
itself having used multiple chargers in its lifetime so a deal came around for a bare-bones Alienware 17
which was very cheap as well as the parts in it at the moment other than the RAM which is scavenged
from my old laptop and the Killer N wireless card as it is pretty amazing.

After assembling my Alienware 17, i pretty much never opened it again! bad i know. Times winged chariot has hurried near and i'm getting quite insanely high temperatures on my new system so i believe its time to re-paste
and get rid of the dust. What thermal paste do you guys recommend, I have some IC diamond coming back to me in a week or so that i lent to a friend and probably some MX-4 left over from the side time period both are around 2 years old so I might just buy a new tube to be safe

would like to purchase any of the parts, I think its about time to get rid of them also I may be considering to upgrade my current machines graphics card just to keep me equipped for the latest games so shout me any suggestions for that too!
