Record Video and Broadcast at the same time... How?

I have a function coming up in a month and I'd like to set up my M17x to be the broadcast centre for this function.

But... The function requires an MC (Master of Ceremonies) and therefore a microphone in. This would need to be both recorded and put to the outputs (so it can be amplified) at the same time.

On top of this I'd like to use a webcam to record the whole function as well. However, the picture does not need to be broadcast at the same time (though that would be the easy part).

So is there a program that does this? Records and broadcasts at the same time?

I have all the cables, just not the software it appears.

    Any suggestions greatly appreciated!
