    Replacement battery for an M17x R1

    Does anyone know what battery is the correct replacement for the Alienware M17x R1 battery F310J? Dell keeps sending me the battery BTYVOY1 as the replacement. I don't know who is in charge of determining what parts are compatible replacements, but that person must either be an idiot or blind. First off, the feet on this battery are on the brick and not on the lid like the F310J. Second, the plugin that connects the battery to the laptop in on the left side of the replacement battery instead of on the right where the actual connection is on the laptop.

    In short, the BTYVOY1 battery IS NOT a replacement battery for the F310J on an Alienware M17x R1. Anyone know the part number for the correct one?
