    I. Replaced my 2670qm with a 2920es, will my warranty be void if i had to send back for repairs. Want to sell my 2670qm to recoup some cash.

    Yes it would void your warranty. My advice - keep 2670QM. If you'll get in the trouble you have to put it back and send to dell.

    Grats on the new CPU. :D As to your warranty, as I understand it you should be fine as long as its not the CPU that needs to be replaced, or your out of business. I got my old 460m tucked away that I originally got with the system just in case It ever needs to go back. ;)
