Sorry to hear about your problem. Assuming your out of warranty and can't call Dell about it here's what you need to do:

You have to disassemble your system until you free the motherboard.
    Follow these two videos:
M17x Teardown Video1 of 2 **READ SAFETY PRECAUTIONS PRIOR TO REPLACING PARTS** (Official Video)
M17x Teardown Part 2 of 2 **READ SAFETY PRECAUTIONS PRIOR TO REPLACING PARTS** (Official Video)

Unsolder the old jack and solder the new one.
If you have basic soldering knowledge, this is an easy swap. If not take it to a computer workshop or somebody you know that can do it for you.

Just search "m17x R2 DC Power Jack" on ebay and you will find it for $10.

Also it could be that you don't even need a new one, just reflow the solder around the contacts of the old one and you could be good to go.

Unfortunately I ended damaging my mother board.
The slot where mother board connect to the LCD got damaged and now it is not showing anything and beeping.

for me that's it :( no more alienware :(

I will buy a normal Dell laptop

My last question. How can I use my ex-alienware hard disks as external hard disks?

    Thanks all. Appreciate your help

You can buy a USB or eSATA enclosure for the HDDs. There are different types out there, just pick the one you like and suits your needs.

How did you end up damaging it? Is it the LCD port that's damaged?
You can probably still use it with an external monitor.
