Does anyone have a pic of a Dell card with the factory thermal pad configuration? I'd like to see what it looks like coming from them if possible. Thanks.

The thermal pad comes with the heatsink. I've had my 6970 replaced and there is no thermal pad (nor bracket to screw the heatsink to the graphics card) on the MXM card itself so they replaced the heatsink as well.
