    hey all,

    its that time for me. My comp has been a bit clunky lately and I think its time for a reformat. I have Alienware respawn and I can reset it back to the factory image. Is this preferable over a complete reformat using the windows 7 cd route?

    Is this even a difference?

    all help appreciated :D

    If I go down the respawn route will I get endless BSOD because of the updated VBIOS on HD5870 cards? Im not sure what driver will load (I dont think it will be later than ATI 10.8) - the respawn/factory date it asks me to reset to is 27 Sept 10
