Hi! just got my M17x, first Alienware ever. I am pretty impressed so far with the build quality. Solid!! I will be taking this to the field for telescope control and image capture so this is important.

Question: It turned out I got the Samsung 830 instead of the 810 which was called out in the original specs i got. How can I tell what SATA mode it is in?

Thanks! Mine also says SATA/600. So that means it is operating in SATA III then?? It thought the M17X R3s had been set to run at SATA II, so hopefully this is a Good Thing!

Also my health says 95% - is there a way to figure out from the program where the 5% issue is?

    Thanks again
