I am planning to purchase another SSD , a Kingston SSD 256gb SSDNOW V200 ...simply because ...i am getting it for 139$

I know the drive isnt the fastest , but does it make any sense to go for this drive .....or save another 70$ and get the m4 ???

OT: Where were you able to get that price from? Looks like a great deal to me.

If you are planning on adding the second ssd and creating a raid setup, I wouldn't recommend doing it with different drives. It can be done and it would work but its not best case scenario. The drives will have differing performance and maybe different controllers too and its just not best practice to raid them together - you would be better of with two identical ones - in an ideal world, of course. If your not adding it to achieve a raid setup, it doesnt matter and the M4 is a good solid drive....would be down to your own personal preference.

You may find this review (from NBR's very own Jerry Jackson) quite interesting regarding the SSDnow V200: Exclusive: Kingston SSDNow V200 Review: New(ish) And Improved At Last!

Well in that case it does not make sense to go with the Kingston I guess
