This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     SSD firmware update.. Need Help plz

    I purchased the Intel 160SSD. I was in Raid 0 and changed it to AHCI in the bios. I have downloaded the iso firmware update and have it in the cd drive & set to boot from cd drive first in the bios. When I boot up the system is says PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cabel? the exits the intel boot agent. Any suggestions plz?
