Recieved my R3 yesterday and was super excited to put in the 470 series 128gig ssd I had ordered 2 months ago when I ordered the machine. Well now that it's here and the drive is in i can't get it to run to save my life. Fresh install of windows, on ahci, install drivers other then freefall and raid driver. Runs for a bit then constant BSOD's. I don't know what gives, anyone have any advice?

Sometimes, it's a simple thing that can ruin your experience. Have you tried testing 'RAM'?

What setting in BIOS are you using for the sata? RAID or AHCI?

When I was using AHCI I got all sorts of problems with my Inferno SSD. I am now using RAID. However, DO NOT INSTALL the Intel IRST drivers. They caused BSODs for me as well.

In summary, try RAID in bios and don't install Intel RST drivers. I don't think the RST drivers unless you are using RAID 0 or RAID 1 anyway.

Even if you aren't doing a clean install, should you remove the RST drivers, or is it safe to update them to the latest ones?

Using an ssds there is no need for the freefall stuff. Try removing that. The ssds has no moving parts
