    Second HDD caddy & parts question

    How do I know if this came with my laptop? I configured it with just one hdd and am pretty sure I'll be buying a second in a few months. Do the parts come separate from the laptop in the boxing or is it all internal and I have to open her up to check? I'd rather contact Dell now, shortly after receiving the laptop, rather than a few months down the road when I'm ready to do the upgrade.

    Flip it upside down, remove the battery, and remove the back panel that has two screws on it...

    unscrew the piece that has HDD 1 on it and inside you will find a foam piece. Take the foam piece out and flip it over. Inside you will find the connector and 4 screws... thats all you need to set up a 2nd HDD

    LOL, funny story...mine came with caddy for second hdd, but no interposer, so I spent 15 minutes on the phone ordering it, for free btw...and I actually recieved 2, one was hand delivered by a guy name Christopher...that was random, and another via USPS. Nice that they erred on the side of caution.
