wished you lived in the states, otherwise I would have just mailed you the extra secondary one I have lying around. All my bookmarks are on my M17x which is down, however there are a few parts suppliers that can be found for us. Hopefully someone else can chime in, Otherwise free bump

found a pair on ebay and they ship to the UK
Alienware M17x-R2 CPU Cooling Video Card Fan P/N F605N - eBay (item 290462610257 end time Sep-08-10 15:20:10 PDT)
Alienware M17x-R2 CPU Cooling Video Card Fan P/N U012M - eBay (item 290462610282 end time Sep-08-10 15:20:13 PDT)

going to go check the one I have to find out which one you need.

edit: you need the 605N one which is this one
    http://cgi.ebay.com/Alienware-M17x-...P-N-F605N-/290462610257?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0

the only problem I could see is that although they'll work, they might make the slightly annoying grinding noise that many M17x users suffer from the secondary fan. They look used so maybe they don't make the noise, however it's something to keep in mind. The full Dell P/N is 0F605N on my fan. The screws are secured to the fan, so you don't need to go looking for them too.

the screws are held to the fan via retention c clips, unless the seller removed them purposefully(which it doesn't look like he did from the pictures) then the screws come with the fan. I'm betting the seller just doesn't know this and knows he's just selling the fan when acutally the screws are there

really couldn't say what size they are, my guess would be m2-3 x 5-7mm but I have no clue what thread pitch they would be.
