    Shipping Status WTF?

    I have a weird situation. Last night I got a DHL tracking # and saw that this afternoon it arrived at the airport near me. Great right? Well now, it says that the shipment was delivered and the DHL Global Forwarding tracking number is gone off of Dell's website which says it's still in "Confirmed" status.

    EDIT: The weight seems off by a lot. Perhaps this was for the pallet my laptop was on? http://imgur.com/a/H9d07

    What's going on?

    Hmmm, sounds like the packaging / address area might have been damaged during shipping and it didn't get read at that next node / waystop.

    I'd call them and ask for a trace to be started to get it back in the system.

    Ah, interesting.. I tried calling... 5 times and got the run around each time and got put on hold for 30 minutes until they closed...

    Yeah, DHL can be like that... do they have an online interaction section on that tracking website page? Maybe a different phone number? There should be 24 hour tracking help.

    It may pop back on to the tracking overnight, check in the morning before calling.
