    Hello,

    I have the alienware M17x R3 with a HD6990M, just got myself shogun 2 all dlc and the new expansion, however I can not get it to load it goes as far as the first splash screen the crashes out and I get the the crap this program has stopped working box.

    Any ideas on why this is happening or any ideas on how to fix this issue.

    If you got it from steam could you try validating your steam files, although I'm having some issues with it as of the last patch (crashes when i start a battle regardless if it's a new campaign or an old save game)
