Well, I currently have a M17X R1 with a single 5870M, and I am wondering if it is worth it to buy a second card to have a crossfire setup. I can get the card for around $150 and there's already a crossfire cable inside the laptop. Is it just better to just leave it as is and just completely upgrade to a newer model? Just keep in mind that this isn't my main gaming setup and I only use it really for single-player and co-op games while on the treadmill whereas competitive online shooters/racers and graphically intense games done on my desktop.

You can't go wrong, if ya can get one for that price. Now the drivers are way more mature so you will have less of a head ache. And there is a lot of games now that support dual.

The worse you do in the video game, the faster the treadmill will go.

Thanks, ya I'm going to get the second card now
. And lmfao, I was meaning to make a video of this, but never got around to doing it, I'll make one soon though . It's actually really fun, and gaming feels more alive as when your running in-game you are actually running in real life. The only games that I really can't play properly on this setup are online shooters because I can never be highly accurate with a mouse while running, and horror games..... I have almost fallen off the treadmill due to jump scares
. Co-op shooters like Left4Dead are still playable while running though, and pretty much anything else is as well
