I have been without a computer from Alienware now for over 4 months, I already went to the BBB and not getting anything done, I have had my laptop sent out to dell depot twice and it replaced several times. what should I do? I am tired of talking to people over seas that dont give a crap about you.... Last I have had over 30 service calls...

To have a class action law suite you need to have the same issue occurring to a large number of people.

Bad computers go out from time to time, but I doubt you'd have the chance to start a class action law suite.

Unless you wanted to pay for it yourself.

Have you asked them to send you a new one?
and not just the same old one fixed?

What do you mean they are trying to send you a less powerful laptop?

Also, remember that refurb parts are honestly just as good as new ones, and they are the only parts your going to get out of your warranty.

Wixbeer i took the liberty to PM one of the Dell Representative that are on NBR forums, they can help and they do help people in trouble whenever they can. Try this way before escalating things.

I wish you the best of luck.

Ah! almost forgot, post your system full spec
