Ok guys give me good reasons as to why i should get the m17x over the Sager NP9150, If i do buy the m17x it will probably be from a reseller because I don't trust dell that much.

No. Buy what you want. If you can't research a $2,000 purchase yourself, you deserve to get the wrong product. It's different if you're asking for a comparison of specific features, but advocating in a vacuum is pointless.

Could you explain the reason behind comparing the 17-inch Alienware to the 15-inch Sager?

I think it would make more sense to compare laptops of similar size and options.

    completely agree with this guy.
my reason of why alienware is so much better than sager atm might not works for you, its completely personal taste.
i could say in full confidence that both machine can be fitted equally (i.e same cpu, gpu, ram, ssd).
    so whats left?
    - looks and build quality? really its your personal preferences, some ppl says aw is tacky and attention wh@#$ or such, have to disagree, but its personal.
    - price? aw will mostly be more expensive than sager, not in my case, but thats a different story.
    - warranty and claims? again different ppl have different experiences when it comes to dealing with customer support. some ppl got biased when the reps's voice are female or their accent is from "other" ethnic groups.

so i've said this probably hundred of times, but i'm going to say it again, buy something that you won't regret, and don't let others decide whats best for you, you and you only should know what you need, want, and whats your taste.
hope you make the best decision. cheers.

Alienware are the best laptops available...handsdown!! am i biased, YES!!! for good reason! Alienware is there own company, a subsiduary or however u spell it of dell. They get there parts and marketing from dell which make the parts cheaper to acquire. If you price compare everythign you would get in another laptop to an Alienware, Alienware would win! I know, I've done the comparison. Alienware has its issues like any company, hence why you might see peoblems on forums, but that is what forums are for; problem solving to help you with what ever issue you have. I've had my Alienware for over a year and upgraded it myself several times, i.e., RAM, Processor, GPU, wireless card and its still running great and craps all over most desktops. If you have to be convinced to own an Alienware then you dont deserve to own one, and I gauarentee you that everyone else on here will agree.
